The Clover Sporran Hip Bag is handmade by Noble Mouse Leatherworks in our workshop in beautiful Lanark County, Ontario. All our Sporran bags are made from sturdy and reliable vegetable-tanned cow leather, treated and preserved with neatsfoot oil. The gusset is made from a black chrome tanned garment leather, and the fur plate on the front is made from an upcycled antelope hide! The front is decorated with three black tassels and the lid snaps shut with a metal snap. The back of the sporran has a long and flexible back loop so that it can be worn conveniently at the hip.
The lid of the bag is hand-carved and hand painted with a number of Celtic designs as well as the iconic Clover. All the sewing, edge finishing and details of this bag are done by hand.
