The Odin and Serpents Medieval Belt Bag is a beautiful piece of functional art that you can take with you wherever you go! Handmade in our workshop in beautiful Lanark County, Ontario. The body and lid of the bag is made from sturdy and reliable vegetable-tanned cow leather, treated and preserved with neatsfoot oil to keep it moisturized. The gusset of the bag is made from a deerhide buckskin, sourced either from local suppliers here in Lanark or else upcycled from the highest quality material we can find. The lid clasps shut with a real antler tip.
The lid of the bag is hand-carved and painted with an artwork of my own design; an image of Odin the Norse god fighting a pair of knotwork serpents.
