Arm guards are an essential part of any warriors look! These hand-crafted arm guards are the perfect addition to your ren-faire costume or cosplay. With each purchase you receive a pair of two beautiful new arm guards, complete with drawstring for an adjustable fit.
Each arm guard is made of thick vegetable-tanned cowhide that has been water-formed and hardened. The edges have been finished with beeswax to keep them from wearing over time. The bracers tighten to the arm using a leather drawstring cord, pulled through eyelets to protect the material. The entire ensemble has been treated with neatsfoot oil to keep it moisturized and a top-coat lacquer to keep the artwork clean.
