  • What is your policy on returns and refunds?

All items are handmade and hand sewn, using actual animal skins which are inherently imperfect. They are  intended to be one-of-a-kind, imperfections and all. 

Having said that, if you encounter issues with the piece that you have purchased, please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. This might involve shipping the piece back to us, in which case we will reimburse you for the shipping cost if it is found to be a defect in craftsmanship.  This will be determined on inspection.  If it cannot be repaired, we will exchange with one of equal value, or refund your original purchase amount.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

1. Custom or personalized orders
2. Items on sale

 

  • Can I wait to pay for my order?

We will not process or ship items until the payment has been received. We will send you a message if we receive an order that has not been paid for to remind you, however we will not begin processing the order until it has been finalized.

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped at no additional cost. Note that processing times are 1-3 days.  Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  

For cancelled orders, Noble Mouse Leatherworks will retain the fees the order may trigger from the payment method.

 

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing time: 1-3 business days
Arrival time: 4-12 business days depending on your location in Canada.

For those outside of Canada, expect longer transit times.

Business days are Monday to Friday only. Holidays not included.

 

  • How may I contact you for a custom order or general inquiries?
